The night security man at the top of the hill kept tapping a stick and singing loudly through the night. He woke me three times one night. When I politely asked him to stop, he answered with a lot of verbal abuse. At 3 in the morning, my partner asked again, and the guard wanted to fight. We complained twice, including once in writing to the manager, but nothing changed. As I’m writing this, he’s doing it again and looking up. It’s 2:36 am, and he’s woken me for the second time. I recorded him. The dogs are dangerous too, so be careful.

The apartment is roomy and the area is calm, but there are some serious problems. The windows don’t lock properly and have no grills, so I didn’t feel safe. Housekeeping was promised when we booked, yet there was none. We asked them to clear the full bin and nothing happened. The pool also doesn’t look like it did in the booking pictures, and it isn’t in good condition.

I’ve been staying here for almost a year, and it’s a quiet spot close to nature, with Palolem, Patnem, and Agonda beaches nearby. The place is safe, clean, and well kept, with a gym, pool, and car parking. Chaudi market has fish and fresh vegetables, and Bagayatdar Bazar is just a few steps away for other things. There are some electricity issues, but my experience has been good overall.
