The kitchen had basic equipment, but I didn't find it usable. There's a mini fridge and water purifier, and towels were provided, though no other toiletries. The bathroom and doormats weren't clean, the AC remote didn't work, and there was no housekeeping. You have to contact the OYO captain for everything, and then someone gets sent from their office, which wasn't useful. This was my first OYO homestay, and check-in is self-service with no reception. I waited an hour to get the master lock passcode. One evening I left my key in the room and had to spend the night elsewhere. The owner, who lives on the property, had a duplicate, but the OYO team took until 9 am the next morning to get it. It's about 2.6 km from the beach. You can find better places to stay near Colva or between Colva and Benaulim.

The room was lovely, and I really fell for this place. It was my first time seeing a hotel with no reception, and their key security setup was unusual. They also provide the basics, including an almara, small fridge, TV, and a kitchen with a stove and utensils. Big thumbs up.

The owner was absolutely mad. I booked through OYO and when I arrived, the old man told me to call OYO customer care and ask them to come. I tried, but they weren't answering, so I asked him for an OYO assistance contact and he said he didn't have one. I parked my car by the roadside while trying customer care again, and he suddenly came out and told me not to park there. I said I needed to call customer care, but he told me to go somewhere else. The roadside isn't his father's land. OYO, please stop giving membership to people like this.

The rooms were clean, and there are three beaches within 5-6 km. There isn't any parking space, though. A nice place to stay.
