The room was clean, well kept, and had toiletries provided. I stayed on 13 Jan, and the hotel is only about 350 m from Madgaon station on foot. Leave from the PF 3 side toward Madgaon fire station.

A nice, budget-friendly hotel close to Madgaon railway station.

The rooms were decent and there was hot water around the clock, but I wouldn't say the stay was worth what I paid. They charged me an extra Rs. 700 for checking in early, on top of the regular rate I had paid through goibibo, and gave me no invoice for that extra amount. If flexible check-in matters, choose somewhere that allows it.

You can order food from outside, since there's no restaurant or kitchen on site. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from madgao railway station, and the staff were cooperative and behaved well. The rooms are decent, with AC, a TV, ceiling fan, cupboard, and a balcony with one plastic chair. The bathroom has hot and cold water. It also seems suitable for couples. I'm not sure whether free wifi is available.

The staff were polite and professional, and the service was good. I stayed with my wife a few weeks ago and was very satisfied. Our room was clean and spacious, and the AC and TV both worked. There's car parking, and the railway station is about five minutes away by vehicle. Good value for a stay.
