Seagull Resort by OYO Rooms

We attended a family wedding here, and the riverside view was lovely. The venue handled a crowd of nearly 200, so it works well for close family functions. The dance floor is a little small, though.

I was here for a party in the hall, so this is only about the hall, not the rooms or other services. It can fit at least 200 guests and seems ideal for family celebrations. The resort itself sits in a peaceful spot by a beautiful stretch of water, but the road leading there is in poor condition. Parking is quite limited, with room for a maximum of about 10 cars.

This is the only restaurant where you can watch the river meet the sea. In the daytime, you can see local fishermen heading out in their boats. It’s also possible to hire a boat for a river cruise or fishing. A great place for private parties.

The rooms are neat and clean, and the atmosphere is lovely. Mr. Caiero is a very polite owner. It’s a nice location, though quite far from the main beaches such as calangute and baga.
