Booking through Oyo with specific requests caused a lot of trouble. The hotel owners don’t seem to get those requests from the central Oyo company, and they don’t follow up on Oyo’s communications either. Really poor service and a huge inconvenience.

This was my experience in room 203: the food cost a lot for the quality, the phone didn’t work, and nobody acted when I complained. The TV had no channels, the shower had no hot water, and the flush handle was broken.

Right in Margao City, this is a very good value hotel. There’s AC, and the solar-heated water is quite hot and available around the clock.
