OYO Flagship 60494 Dewa

We killed more than 30 bugs in the bed, and I later needed anti allergy medicine and antibiotics for an infection on my hand and neck from insect bites. The manager denied us breakfast even though it was included in our booking. Nobody was available to move us to another room or bed. They also don't seem to honor OYO or other online bookings, and will demand the full amount again at reception, even late at night. This was the worst experience. It's not safe for a family or couple. Go here only if you can put up with insects in bed. I'm never coming back.

I paid the full amount online in advance through Agoda, but the hotel asked for another Rs. 500 when I arrived. I refused and cancelled the booking. That kind of treatment felt unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

My experience was really nice, so I was a little surprised by all the negative reviews. Even though I checked in late at night, it was hassle free. The room was quite big for what I paid, and the staff seemed friendly and responsive.

At 1am, after spending almost 45 minutes on the road, I was given a single room with no bathroom inside. The washroom was shared with other people on the floor. They'd taken 2k, and none of the power points worked. When I called after reaching the apartments, the people there stopped answering, and OYO didn't respond either. The rooms were among the dirtiest I've ever seen and the service was awful. Don't book this place, including through OYO.
