The room was full of insects, with centipedes crawling on the toilet seat. When I asked staff to clean it, they were rude and told me to choose another resort. The staff were some of the worst behaved people I've come across. Don't come here for a vacation, it's a living hell.

This was our sixth trip to Palolem (Cancona), and easily the worst experience. We were there as a married couple. Staff were so rude, especially the woman, who was ridiculous, hopeless, and unprofessional. Even people nearby were abusing her over her rude behaviour. We didn't even get a towel, which is a basic hotel requirement. Don't spoil a happy moment here, even if they offer you a free stay.
