Rincy at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly, and knew a lot about Goa, which made our trip easier and more enjoyable. The whole staff were kind, courteous, and prompt, and the hospitality at Tanishq Hotel was excellent. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable visit to Goa.

It’s right in the heart of the city, and I’m looking forward to staying again. My only issue was with OYO customer care. They need to be clearer with their script: I was misinformed that check-in before 12pm depended on availability.

I went with my father for an OYO booking, and both rooms the manager showed us were in the same awful condition. The pillows looked like they’d been used for a month without cleaning, and the bedsheet was grey instead of white. It was clear the rooms hadn’t been cleaned. They refused to give us water, and the breakfast listed in the OYO booking wasn’t provided either. There was no WiFi. The manager said the network was slow, so they don’t use it. Unhygienic, unprofessional, and one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

For the price, it was average. The AC was very slow in every room, and most of the time there was nobody available to help with anything. No toiletries either. It could be okay if you get it for up to 1000, but above that it isn’t really worth it.

The photos were misleading, and I was very disappointed with my Airbnb booking. They didn’t provide any amenities, and the blankets hadn’t been washed.
