Palolem Green Inn

Everything else about our hotel stay was pleasant: the rooms were comfortable, the food excellent, and the staff generally courteous and helpful. But an incident at the pool upset us. We were there with our happily playing 4-year-old when a lady therapist arrived with outside clients for what seemed to be a water therapy or swimming session. She said she had paid to use the pool and needed all of it, then rudely told us to leave. Our child was laughing and enjoying the water, but she yelled that she needed silence and told us to go away. Her harsh tone scared him; he started crying and later refused to return to the pool. As hotel guests, we hadn’t been told the pool might be reserved for outside sessions, which made the experience especially upsetting. I’d suggest future guests ask the hotel team about pool availability, since outside instructors or therapy sessions may use it at certain times.

Janice at the Front Desk gave us a warm welcome and patiently helped narrow down our itinerary. Her advice made planning easier and more enjoyable. Ramdas from Housekeeping was prompt whenever we needed support and always ready to help, which kept us comfortable throughout the stay. Team members like them make guests feel valued. Please pass along our thanks to both, they’re a real asset to the establishment. We’re looking forward to visiting again soon, and are sincerely grateful for the hospitality.

Jenice and Swiral were especially helpful and cooperative, and their hospitality made our stay more comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful, relaxing ambience, and we had a very nice time here. I’d recommend it for a pleasant stay.

Reshma’s advice saved us a full day while we were planning to visit the beaches and other places around South Goa. Neeraj, Sweedle, Reshma and the rest of the staff were courteous and guided us to good places to visit. The hotel is in a great location, and breakfast was superb. Thanks for such a great experience, we recommend this place to visitors in Goa. 👍⭐
