Pritams Cottages

The people here were very unfriendly. They also knocked loudly on the door long before checkout. It was an unpleasant experience.

We found restaurants nearby, and the cottages are close to palolem beach and the flea market. Pricing is better than other places in the locality, and our two day visit was nice overall. There are two room types: the standard one fits 2+1 people but feels cramped, while the deluxe has plenty of space. Since it's family maintained, cleaning can be an issue if you're there more than a day. No one offered to clean our room during our two days.

The owners were friendly, and we had a happy, comfortable stay in the well maintained Deluxe rooms. There's room to park a couple of cars in the backyard and perhaps a couple more out front. It's not a beachside resort, but the property has good amenities and feels like home, just a few steps from the main beachside of Palolem. Best wishes.

There was no power back when we stayed, and a power cut in the area for maintenance made the rooms hot at noon in summer without the AC. It wasn't unbearable, but still hot. Aside from that, the host was welcoming and we had no issues. There aren't specific rules that get in the way of enjoying your time. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms too, with hot water showers. Each has a small kitchen counter, kettle, TV and a mini/small fridge depending on the room. They're close to the beach, restaurants and liquor shops. I'd recommend the place and would look to stay here again if I visit Palolem.
