Raikar Guest House

We got stranded at Dabolim airport after landing at 1:30 am. Our booking was in South Goa, no taxis seemed to be running, and we couldn’t get any hotels to respond. At 2 am we called Raikar resort, explained we were stuck, and asked for a room for three adults and one child. They told us to take a government taxi and come over, and they’d give us a room. Siddhesh bhaiya had been asleep, but got up to help us. The AC room was very budget-friendly, with a clean bathroom and A1 facilities. In the morning we needed bikes for South Goa, and raikar kaka helped arrange one and even bargained for us. He had somewhere to go, but waited until the bike person arrived and handed it over. A safe, convenient place near the airport, with or without family. This is honest feedback, and I highly recommend it.

The stay at Bogmallo Beach is a cheap option, and the location is a real advantage. The owner of Raikar Guest House is gentle and friendly, which is a big part of what made the experience nice. It’d be good if he could offer complimentary tea in the morning and coordinate something for watching the sunset in the evening.

The kitchenette is handy if guests want to cook for themselves, and the property is very close to dabolim airport. Vasudev was supportive throughout our stay, and the hospitality was very nice.

I like staying at Raikar's guest house in Bogmalo. It’s peaceful, with lovely scenery and Bogmalo beach close by. Mr. Siddhesh is welcoming, and the staff are friendly too. They’re very accommodating.
