The best part for me was how close the place is to patnem beach in Goa Canacona. There are two room types, cottage-style porta-cabins and concrete rooms, with the cottages costing less. Both have electricity, a balcony, hot showers, and an English or Western toilet combined with the bathroom. The cottages are roughly 10X8 sqft.

For the price, the rooms are good and the location is great, within walking distance of Patnem beach. We had a good stay, and the caretaker was really helpful. They don’t provide toiletries, but there are shops nearby for the essentials. With several good cafes also walkable, this is a budget-friendly option for a week or longer in a quiet place with a good vibe.

The manager was really lovely, and we had a fantastic stay. Each small cottage has a veranda and fridge, which was handy for making breakfast. We had one of the best hot showers we’ve had in India. It’s very close to the beach, great value, and an excellent experience.

Snehal, the host, was amazing and went well beyond what was needed. The guest house was clean and beautiful, and just a short walk from one of the cleanest, loveliest beaches in Patnem. A great mix of comfort and location for a relaxing break. Highly recommend!

I booked one of the non-AC cottages for a very budget-friendly stay near patnem beach. It was comfortable, though the cottage could get hot inside in the afternoon. That didn’t bother me since I was mostly out wandering during the day. The caretaker deserves the compliments, he was caring and helpful to guests.
