The room has all the basic amenities thoughtfully arranged, and every corner looks lovely. It was extremely clean and maintained to international standards. The staff and service were great, and the owner was prompt, friendly, and professional. I’ll definitely come back.

Nelly ma’am was incredibly kind and helpful during our South Goa Airbnb stay from 5th Jan to 6th Jan 2026. Even while away, she coordinated everything so well, and I really appreciated her care and dedication. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the property was well maintained. All facilities were provided, and the price was budget-friendly and worth it. Since our flight was the next day, she let us leave our luggage in her office, which helped a lot. My husband and I would happily stay here again when we visit Goa. Highly recommended.

Jason, thanks so much to you and your mom for helping my sister. She really appreciates everything you both did. Her stay at Regency was amazing, and your hospitality made her feel welcome and supported. Extending her stay while she was dealing with house repairs and caring for her kids meant a lot to our family. You and Nelly are down-to-earth people who go out of your way to help others. I’d recommend Regency to anyone. God bless you both!

It’s spacious enough for three, and the place was kept so nicely. The owner was very helpful, thank you Nelly Ma’am. It’s about 10-12 minutes from any main area in South Goa, and I really enjoyed the stay.

The stay was awesome, with peaceful surroundings and lots of greenery. Necessary shops are nearby, and everything else was fine. One small suggestion: room no.102 could use an LED tube light, since the current light was very dim, though it’s fine at night.
