It was passable for a one-night stay. It would be good if they provided a bottle of water each day.

The experience was awful, and I paid 3900 rupees for the room. It was full of mosquitoes, the fan looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for a year or two, and staff wouldn't provide mosquito coils. One room had a window that wouldn't close, and the doors had big gaps and looked like they might fall on you. At the very least, they should take care of basic cleanliness. I'd stay only if there were no other option.

The staff were polite and humble, but the room was unhygienic, with spider webs and an old blanket. I was charged 1900 for one night in an AC room. The owner should book a room in their own city for 2000 and see the gap for themselves. Customers aren't papu, the customer is king. Please renovate the place.

The lack of a lift makes heavy luggage difficult, and the rooms can look run-down, though they were clean. This hotel is very close to Dabolim airport and offers a relatively cheap stay for economy travellers. It has AC, free WiFi, hot water, and spacious rooms. The nearby 24 hr Wellness pharmacy is a big help. I'd suggest the in-house restaurant open earlier than 11am.

It's a good, cozy hotel. I don't know why the rating is 3.4.
