We had a confirmed reservation but still weren’t given a room, and they wanted us to pay anyway. The staff were unpleasant and seemed intent on cheating guests out of money. A complete waste of time and money. Don’t book here.

They refused to give us the room despite our confirmed reservation and told us to cancel it through Booking. The staff were rude and no help at all. I can’t recommend this place.

The rooms were in good condition, but I was very disappointed by their cab service. They charge a lot, for example 700 rupees for a 10-minute trip.
