The outdoor space was a nice place to unwind in the evenings, and the villa itself was spacious, clean, and well kept. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. Varca Beach is a short distance away, with a peaceful neighborhood around it. The interiors are simple but comfortable. Some amenities felt basic for the price, the Wi-Fi could be more reliable, and upkeep could use a little more attention. Serenity Villa is a comfortable, quiet getaway in South Goa, though not perfect.

We stayed for a long time, and it was the best experience I’ve had here. The pool was clean and nice, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean, and the owners were helpful whenever we ran into an issue. On arrival, they also gave us information about nearby restaurants and places to visit. We stayed in Casa Regal C-15 in the Serenity Residences colony, a 3-bedroom setup. Two rooms had their own bathroom and toilet, while the top-floor room had only a toilet.

We spent two days at 40 Winks C5 Villa in Varca and really enjoyed it. The villa was clean and well maintained, with lovely interiors and everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay in Varca.

The location is handy, close to the beach and restaurants, but cleanliness was disappointing. Red ants were common in the washrooms. There’s no parking on site, and local people staying at the property weren’t welcoming; they moved our vehicles when we parked outside. Maintenance and the guest experience need improvement.
