Suchi's villa

We found our go-to place for future Goa trips. The kids loved the stay, and Suchita and her mom were cooperative throughout. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to cook for 10+ people, and the rooms were super clean with spotless Lenin. It’s great for families, with a private pool to swim in or a walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this villa, mostly because of the service. The owner acted as if we should feel indebted to her, and came across as arrogant and rude both in her body language and when speaking. We booked it last week for three nights for 14 people. On arrival, we had to point out repairs needed, including bath taps with poor water flow, a broken toilet seat, and a clogged drain. Some things were fixed, others weren’t. We could put up with the water, drain, or toilet seat issues, as we did. What really worried us was coming back on the third day from our tour and finding the locked door open. We’d left cash and valuables in the villa while we went water-sporting. It raised a serious security concern. The first day’s conversation had been okay and helpful. But on the last day, when the deposit was due back, the owner's attitude came out. We weren’t sure we’d get our 5k back after leaving, so we stood firm and challenged her about both her attitude and body language.

The villa itself was clean around the premises, well maintained, and had a maintained swimming pool. But care taker service was disappointing. There was no breakfast or even basic groceries like tea and coffee. We arrived in the evening after a long journey and asked several times for some support, but got none. Having to wash our own utensils on vacation wasn’t enjoyable. The care taker only showed up at checkout, apparently to see if the property was in good condition. That left me with the impression they didn’t trust their guests. Disappointing experience.

We had a wonderful time at this spacious, beautifully furnished 3BHK villa. Everything we needed for a comfortable visit was there, and the private swimming pool made it even better. We spent our days relaxing beside it and taking refreshing dips. The peaceful location had stunning views, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. I highly recommend it for a relaxing, luxurious break. It’s a lovely place to unwind and recharge, and I can’t wait to return.
