The room photos looked decent, but what we found behind them was nowhere near worth the money. The owner and receptionist were rude and ridiculous, with no idea how to greet guests or provide customer service. It left us with a terrible first impression and a huge loss. The worst experience I’ve had so far, and I can’t recommend it.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. The room smelled, there was no toilet seat, and the water was freezing. Mornings were insanely noisy, and the place was expensive.

I booked this to avoid a hostel bunk bed, but my room was behind reception and I never felt private or alone. You can hear conversations outside the door and the neighbours’ toilet extremely clearly. For such a tiny space, I wouldn’t suggest staying longer than a night while passing through. There may be better rooms, though. It was clean enough, the hot water and fan worked, and they provided a towel. It’s cheap, but not cheap enough for how small the room is. They asked for a review, but I can’t honestly recommend the place.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. The place is close to the beach and makes a good base for South Goa. It’s even better since the renovation, and the people are very friendly.
