The staff are professional and very helpful. The facilities are very good, and they’re known for getting their reports right.

There’s no room service and no facilities at all. They don’t even allow car parking. The road is so narrow that the place feels like a ghost house.

Stella and Francis were warm hosts and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and well kept, with a lovely view of the garden. Sunshine Park Homes is also well placed, close to restaurants and Goa’s famous beaches. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it.

We spent 9 days at Sunshine Park Homes and had no complaints. Stella and Francis are very hospitable, and the place is clean and looks good. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the beach is around a 10-15 minute walk away. We enjoyed our time there. It’s a very good place to stay in Colva, Goa.

A lovely, homely stay with a very helpful host, and it’s budget friendly too. The room was neat and clean, with a refrigerator and a kitchen counter with a sink. I’d love to visit again.
