Tata Housing Rio De Goa

Really nice property, one of the best places on airbnb, and I’d recommend it. The pool, gym, security, and everything else at the property were good. My only issue was that the caretaker never came by to update us about anything.

A few minutes from the airport and close to Goa’s well-known beaches, Tata Housing Rio De Goa is a convenient holiday home for short or long stays. It feels resort-like, with spacious apartments, modern amenities, a calm atmosphere, and greenery around it. There’s a rooftop pool, landscaped gardens, and 24x7 security, making it one of the best places to stay near Dabolim Airport.

The stay was nice, and I spent a week in a room booked through airbnb. The location is far from the main tourist spots. Everything else was fine, though the swimming pool guard didn’t know how to speak to people or show basic respect.

The jungle-facing apartment on the top floor gave us a breathtaking view. We could watch planes landing about every half hour, which was exciting and memorable. The first night we stayed in a Palm Society-facing apartment with a calm, beautiful outlook. It had a clean, five-star-like feel, with a bed by the window where we could sit with tea or coffee, a cozy window-side sofa, TV, and well-kept furniture. The bedroom bed was also near the window, with a view of the stars at night. There was good wardrobe space, plus an iron and hair dryer. The bathroom was compact but neat, clean, and nicely designed. The kitchen had everything we needed for a home-like stay: refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, gas stove, utensils, inverter, water purifier, and washing machine. The host also left biscuits, toast, milk, tea, sugar, glassware, and coffee cups. A small dining space with two comfortable chairs was handy. The property sits in a large, well-maintained residential society developed by the Tata Group, which felt safe, premium, and well organized. There’s plenty of space for walks, and the gym, pool, and garden are all within the premises. The pool was well kept, the gym properly equipped, and the landscaped garden added to the peaceful atmosphere. This was my first Airbnb stay in Goa, booked by Brikitt. I spent quite a while comparing options in the Airbnb app, and this one exceeded my expectations. The host was warm, cooperative, and supportive from arrival. Check-in was easy, and the team handled our luggage and other needs efficiently. It felt more like a premium holiday home than a rental, with the comfort of home and the feel of a high-end stay. The location was convenient, about 10 minutes from the airport, with essentials nearby. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, well-connected Airbnb in Goa.
