The Treat Hotel

The rooms looked acceptable in the pictures, but in person they were very old and didn’t seem suitable for families. Our first room had serious seepage, so we paid to move to a deluxe room. That one was a little better, but had bed bugs everywhere and we couldn’t sleep for even ten minutes. After I told reception, they moved us again. The next room had even more bed bugs, and when I raised it, staff seemed uninterested and did nothing. It was an extremely disappointing, unhygienic experience, and I’m asking for a resolution for the inconvenience.

Our stay at The Treat Hotel, which had surprisingly changed its name to Om Shivay Hotel, was horrible. Towels and bathroom kits, basic things, weren’t in place, and we had to keep following up. A service man said they were short on supplies, which was strange to hear. Really bad experience overall. I don’t recommend staying there.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. We had an amazing stay, and our trip to Goa was even more memorable for it. Highly recommend!

We stayed for three days, and the location worked well for getting between South Goa’s beaches and Panjim. The rooms were clean and the AC worked properly, though a few charging sockets didn’t. Hotel employees gave good service, especially Anjum Ma'am. It was worth the price and location.
