The Woodside Inn Goa

The breakfast was a really nice surprise, much better than I expected. The in-house restaurant, Bullion, was good too. Our room was roomy enough, had a balcony and a working Jacuzzi, and both it and the washroom were clean. Even the shared washroom was kept clean. The pool water was clean and the depth was good. The management handled the service well, and I had no complaints.

The food stayed good throughout our two days, with excellent taste and quality. Our room was spacious, had a balcony, and came with a good refrigerator and a smart TV with OTT subscriptions. The atmosphere at Woodside Inn was relaxing, especially around the open-air restaurant and waiting area. The pool was cozy and well maintained, and being able to use it until 9:00 PM was convenient. There was plenty of parking, and the beach was about a 10-15 minute walk away. A comfortable place for a vacation.

The room at Woodside Inn Resort was comfortable and really lovely, so our first impression was good. We stayed four days and three nights, but the service left us feeling overlooked. The owner, waiters, and staff seemed to give much more attention to foreign guests, with very little for Indian guests. We were disappointed and have never had this experience at a hotel before. Everyone pays the same, and should receive equal respect and hospitality. I hope management addresses this and treats all guests fairly, regardless of nationality.

We had a great stay and would love to return when we're next in Benaulim. The place has a lovely atmosphere, and the pool area and other amenities were very well kept. Breakfast was very good, with a generous Indian and Continental spread. The rooms were maintained nicely, and the staff were courteous, quick to answer questions, and helpful with any concerns. Mr Nikhil, Mr Sisir, and Mr Rakesh were especially kind and helpful to guests. Santosh assisted us at breakfast.
