Hotel New Blue Earth

I was relieved our one-night stay with family ended without anything unsafe happening. The building was being renovated, the restaurant wasn’t open, and the basement parking area had rubbish and dogs. At reception, the staff seemed uninterested in welcoming guests and didn’t seem to know much about hospitality. This hotel wasn’t worth staying at, and the experience was terrible.

Rama Rao, the manager, was prompt, and the crew’s hospitality made the stay enjoyable for all the family members from the bride’s side, about 20 of us. Staff and management fulfilled all our requests and went above and beyond, coordinating comfortably with us. For the best experience, it’s important to plan ahead and share all requirements.

The towels smelled unpleasant and felt stiff, and there were no personal care kits, face towels, or even basic coffee in the room. Those missing amenities and the lack of attention to detail took away from the stay. The rooms and washrooms were impressively large, with plenty of room to relax, but the overall experience fell short.

For what the dishes cost, the food isn’t worth it. It was awful, with nothing but dry spices, and I decided I wouldn’t eat there again.
