Zara at reception was especially kind, polite, and helpful, and made our stay even better. We were in Kashmir with family in March 2023, and the scenery was more beautiful than we expected. The hotel was great too, from the food and rooms to the location, views, and service. I really enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to anyone looking for good service.

We spent 5 nights here and found the staff really friendly and generous. The spacious rooms and superb location were great, and the hospitality was amazing. A special thank you to the kitchen team for putting out such a healthy, clean, tasty buffet every day. Highly recommend this property. 😇

I had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend this place for a vacation. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and had all the facilities, all at a budget-friendly price. Everyone from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen was great. The staff were polite and understanding, while staying professional and humane. Special thanks to Mr Umair for the complimentary stuffs 🙈. I'll stay here again whenever I visit Srinagar. Keep it up guys ☺️

We had a great stay and I'd recommend this property. It's a new hotel, so the cleanliness was excellent, and the residential area was peaceful, away from traffic noise. Our premium room was spacious and had the basic amenities. The staff were cooperative and the service was great. The food was delicious, and breakfast was included, though the choices were limited.

I'm Shrikant, a tour operator, and booked 8 rooms for my group. The rooms were tip top and the hotel infrastructure looked very good, but there was no ventilation. Service was the worst I've experienced at a 3 star hotel. We had to keep asking for soap and towels, which weren't put in the bathrooms, and there weren't enough tea and coffee pouches. Everything we requested seemed overpriced. Water was 45/- per bottle when we found it for 20/- outside, and an extra cup of milk cost 120/-. No one at the hotel seemed to care about the guests. I won't recommend it. My 15 members will also provide the proper feedback , w
