Batra Hotel and Residences

From 11.05.2026 to 16.05.2026, my family and I stayed at Batra Hotels and had a wonderful time. The Hotel GM welcomed us personally whenever we met, which made us feel special and comfortable. Mr. Sajjad, the Reservation cum Marketing Manager, checked in regularly about the food, room upkeep, and our overall comfort. His care for guest satisfaction was much appreciated. The restaurant team also deserves special recognition for their hospitality and polite service. All the staff were courteous, cooperative, and ready to help. After my wife spent a few days in hospital, she needed somewhere to rest and prepare to continue her trip. I was lucky to choose Batra hotel. The room was comfortable, breakfast and dinner were very nice, and the staff gave us superb service and attention. I’m so grateful for the effort they made and for going the extra mile to help me look after my wife from a distance. 🙏🙏

The lounge and seating areas were a lovely place to unwind, and the soft lighting helped give the hotel a peaceful feel. We found the rooms spacious and spotless, with comfortable bedding that made for good rest after sightseeing. The wooden floors and intricately designed ceiling add a luxurious Kashmiri touch to the earthy, thoughtfully designed interiors. From the moment we arrived, the ambience felt warm and inviting. A delightful stay that brought together comfort, aesthetics, and hospitality.

The staff were courteous and cooperative, always ready to help, and the food was very good. Hotel Batra had a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, with clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms. Excellent hospitality and service made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for families and anyone traveling to the city.
