The staff were really polite, and the location is an advantage. Getting in means going through the parking area, which can get congested since the restaurant is well known, but staff will escort you through somehow. We found the restaurant's food average for the price, though it's said to be one of the best. Breakfast came with our stay, but it wasn't a buffet and service could be slow. The poori bhaji was good, while the bread toast could've been better. Our room had an ac and a kettle, plus two welcome drink of delmonte. The washroom was clean but slippery, and the room was mostly clean apart from a stain that left the bed head dirty. The lifts can be tricky since you have to climb half a set of stairs either way. After the complimentary water bottle, more could be expensive, but there's a shop just outside the gate where you can buy it.

Breakfast was a huge letdown. We paid for the option expecting a proper meal, but got a tiny menu with just 5 items, basic choices like omelette and puri-aloo sabzi instead of a buffet. The eggs smelled stinky and unpleasant, so we skipped breakfast, and didn't even bother going the next day. The WiFi was painfully slow and practically unusable. I couldn't open even a simple link properly. Management needs to improve the service and provide what guests are charged for. This was a very bad experience and definitely not worth the money.

I enjoyed the warm, traditional Kashmiri feel of Ahdoos Restaurant, and the staff were polite with smooth service. The local dishes tasted very good. Prices are slightly expensive compared to normal restaurants, but I felt the quality and experience made it worthwhile. It's a comfortable place to enjoy authentic Kashmiri food.

The meal was sooooo good, and Mr Ghulam Nabi was really kind and patient while serving us. We had no idea what to order, and he basically rescued us from picking random dishes by explaining each one. It almost felt like being on a reality show. Overall, 10/10.

The price was very decent, and we thought it was great value for money. Service was good, though there's nothing special to compliment. The fantastic Kashmiri food was one of our trip highlights and a great introduction to wazwan. Whoever thinks non-veg needs to be spicy should try Kashmiri food, it's flavourful yet delicate, tangy, rich, elevating, and finishes smoothly.
