A very safe, pleasant place to enjoy Kashmir and its nature. The owners handle everything from start to finish with care. Prices are reasonable, so it’s a great option for people traveling on a budget.

The manager took our booking, then sent us to a nearby hotel on a narrow road that was in a lower category. I believe he cheated us. He was so adamant that he didn’t seem worried about a complaint. Please avoid this hotel; I consider it fraudulent.

This is a homestay, not really a hotel. Even if you ask the night before, there’s no hot water in the morning because they leave the geyser switch off. There’s no electricity through the day, only at night. It’s a basic room, and they don’t provide room cleaning or maintenance.

The hotel is good in most ways, but the staff service is poor. They wouldn’t give us clear drinking water, and didn’t listen to our requests.

The owner was friendly and helped guide us around Srinagar, which made our trip memorable. Four of us friends stayed at crown palace srinagar. The accommodation was just right, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Thank you, crown palace.
