We only had one day here, on 19th April, 2026, and couldn't enjoy the hotel's lovely garden because we were short on time. The hotel manager was courteous, the staff helpful, and the food good. It’s opposite dal lake and well placed for local sightseeing.

The online pictures and reviews gave a misleading impression. In person, the dining area was poorly maintained, the washrooms smelled terrible, and there was an unpleasant odor in the rooms. A water-dropping sound went on constantly during our stay as well. The actual hotel was nowhere near what had been advertised, and it wasn’t worth the money or expectations. Absolutely pathetic experience.

The staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile, and the food was delicious with an excellent breakfast spread. I had a memorable stay in Srinagar thanks to the warm hospitality. The peaceful, beautiful location and the clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms made it even better. I’d highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

Tulips were growing in the hotel's garden, and Dal lake was within walking distance. The new rooms were really good, with humble staff, good food, and amazing service. They also had umbrellas available. Amazing experiance, kindly visit.

The rooms are a good size, with clean washrooms and all amenities. The hotel is in a great location and has a view of Dal Lake. My experience was amazing, and I’d recommend it to everyone.
