Impex Hill Resorts

The restaurant food was amazing and reminded me of home. The staff were cooperative, and the hotel has spacious parking. I stayed four days, so I feel I can share a useful review. If you want natural scenery from your hotel, Impex hill resort is a good choice. The room balcony and courtyard look out over Dal lake. Keep in mind that a bus can’t get down the narrow street to the hotel if you’re planning a group trip by bus. A traveller and a car can get through easily. It’s a super duper luxury hotel. We stayed one night in Srinagar and booked a balcony room to enjoy the marvellous view of Dal lake. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. The property is very good, with temperature-controlled heating, large rooms, an extra bed available, and all the basic amenities. The staff were extremely polite. We were lost trying to find the hotel, and the owner didn’t answer when we called, so I had to figure out the way myself. Apart from that, the evening went well.

The lake view from the balcony is mesmerizing, and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly, and Mr. Junaid was especially helpful in arranging an itinerary around my requirements, which made the trip hassle-free. The lawn needs more upkeep, the rooms could be cleaner, and the appliances need an upgrade.

The lake view made the place feel like paradise, and breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home, while the service and hygiene were good. My January 2026 stay was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. A comfortable, luxurious stay I’d happily recommend.
