The suite at Mirage Hotel, Kashmir was spacious, clean, and kept in lovely condition. Mr. Chef prepared delicious meals with real care, and every one was a treat. Mr. Zulfi (Manager), Mr. Muddassar (Manager), and the rest of the service team were warm, polite, and quick to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home. A lovely place for comfort and Kashmiri hospitality, highly recommended.

The staff were so cooperative that they even arranged medicines for us late at night. We stayed here with family for two nights, and it became a memorable trip. Our room and bathroom were larger than we expected, the view outside was amazing, and the hospitality was unmatched. One of our best hotel stays.

The park and location were amazing, and I especially loved the room hygiene and bonfire. From check-in through room service, everything was awesome. Zulfi from management was fantastic. One of the best hotels in Srinagar, and I'll definitely come back again and again.

A serene, beautiful stay with a real Kashmir vibe. The staff were courteous and helpful. Mr Zulfi was one of the humblest and most professional people I've met in Kashmir. Thank you to him and the staff for their hospitality and courtesy.

It's a lovely hotel with a family atmosphere, surrounded by vivid greenery. We've stayed here for the second time and would love to return. It's away from the crowds but still about 1.5 KM from the city center.
