Manager Mudasir Wani and Liyakat Shafi gave us personal attention, responded quickly, and were very cooperative. Their professionalism helped us feel welcome and valued. The food was outstanding in both taste and hygiene, and the spacious, well-maintained rooms made for a relaxing stay. Taj Residency is comfortable, clean and full of warm hospitality. I'd highly recommend it.

The people here made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Everyone was polite, humble, respectful and ready to help, and the whole team took good care of us. Manager Mudasir stood out for his professionalism, leadership and friendly manner, making sure everything ran smoothly. Liyakat was also kind, cooperative and attentive throughout our stay. Taj Residency, Srinagar is beautifully maintained, with clean rooms, peaceful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. The location worked well for visiting Srinagar, balancing convenience with calm. The care, cleanliness and service deserve high praise. I'd choose Taj Residency Srinagar again and recommend it without hesitation.

The food was full of flavour, and you could tell it was prepared with care. Every corner of the restaurant was spotless, which made it feel safe and comfortable. The staff were attentive and kind, greeting us with genuine smiles and going out of their way to make the experience feel special. Such a warm place with professional service. Highly recommended!

Mr Mudasir Wani was especially nice and humble, and the service and management were top notch. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

The washrooms were very bad, and they hadn't been properly washed. There was a very bad smell in the rooms too. We told the management, but got no response.
