The staff working there were much better than those at any of the bigger hotels I've come across. Shahid at reception deserves a special mention for being extremely polite and helpful. The food was excellent as well. But the hotel feels old and dated, and its location is very poor, with garbage on most sides. You can't step out and go anywhere close by. They claim it's four star, but it's definitely three star.

The welcoming attitude from the front office team really made our stay memorable. Mr. Shahid and Miss sania were especially helpful, with polite communication and quick assistance throughout. The check-in was smooth, and the team was professional, friendly, and very attentive to guest needs. Highly appreciated and recommended, and we'll surely visit again ♥️

After exploring Kashmir, Mannat Resorts felt like an oasis where I could come back and relax. It's a beautiful, well maintained hotel, about a 20 mins walk from Boulevard Rd. My room was clean and spacious, with central heating and cooling. The bathroom was clean too, and had running hot water. The restaurant served freshly prepared food. What made the stay memorable for me was the helpful, well organized team across housekeeping, the restaurant, and reception. A big thanks to the hotel manager, who spared a little of his free time to walk with me to Zero bridge and Dal lake. When I return to Kashmir, I'll stay again at Mannat.

We only stayed one night, but it was a really lovely experience. The restaurant team were especially attentive and polite, and Mr. Irfan kindly arranged something for my child that wasn't on the menu. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and everyone was so welcoming. Highly recommend 🤩

We spent 4-5 days here and felt right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfortable, and the whole team was lovely. Zakir shah at reception helped me with documents when the curfew meant there was no internet, and Owais served delicious food with so much care, staying nearby at mealtimes to make sure everything went smoothly and we had what we needed. The food was amazing, the staff kind and helpful. Very grateful, keep up the good work, Mannat resorts team ❤️
