The food choices were very limited and the quality was poor. The dining area also didn't seem hygienic. When we came down for breakfast, the previous night's table hadn't been cleaned properly. The rooms were decent, and the bed warmer made for a good night's sleep. Front desk staff were willing to help. The hotel is quite far from tourist attractions and sits in a very narrow lane. Auto rickshaws are available on the street for getting to tourist spots.

The location isn't near Dal Lake, which is the main downside. Staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever needed. The rooms were good, and service was prompt.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and water leaked from the wash basin. When we asked staff for drinking water, they ignored us. We stayed for five days and still didn't get proper service. The staff, especially, were rude and didn't know how to speak to guests. I was furious about it. This is a very cheap, very bad hotel. Please don't recommend it or stay here at any cost.

We stayed in the last week of June and had a very bad experience. There was no lift, service was extremely poor, and breakfast choices were limited. The dining area was in the next building and full of flies. Our two rooms were on the 4rt Floor, where there was no hot water. If possible, avoid booking here.

The staff were good, and the rooms were decent. Food, especially breakfast, wasn't very good. Getting there is a task because the hotel is tucked into a very tight gully. You could look at other options, though this place is okay for a day or two.
