The staff were polite, efficient, and very helpful, and the food was better than I expected. Our room was large, with two big beds and an extra bed, though there were only two of us. The bedsheets were dirty, so we were glad we had brought our own sheets and blanket. We couldn't use the hot pot because its cord wouldn't reach the outlet, and the power supply was very unreliable. The hotel is a long way from the city center. After our three booked nights, we extended for one more night at Rs 3500, but they moved us to a smaller room. In short, it seemed suitable for men, but not really for women.

Ghulam, the owner of Hotel green view, made this the best experience. Bashir bhai is kind and gentle too.

The food was delicious, and breakfast and dinner were unlimited. I stayed four nights, and the rooms were spacious, with everything provided, including a room heater and a bed heater. The staff were also very good in how they treated us and handled the service. I'd suggest booking here.

That lounge was a special touch, since you don't often find one in hotels in Kashmir. It was a nice place to sit and unwind, and the hotel had a warm feel throughout. The meals were all delicious and well made, and the friendly, attentive staff looked after what we needed. I recently stayed at Graceland in Kashmir and had a fantastic time. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it to people visiting the region. ♥️ Mr Sofi Qasim, cheap price, loved it. 🥳
