The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist during my three days at Hotel Kaisar, Srinagar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's nice ambience made the stay pleasant. A good place for a comfortable stay, recommended.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and there was a good variety of food to choose from, though it wasn't especially tasty. The room floor was sticky enough that I couldn't walk barefoot. Hot and cold water was a mess too: each tap gave either freezing or boiling water, with no way to mix it or get something in between.

The staff were good, and so was the food. Our room and bathroom were clean and neat, with a heater and hot water available 24 hours a day. We had a good three day stay. Recommended 💯
