Chef Imtiyaz and his team were very nice, and the food was excellent. We stayed at The Victory for three nights in August 2025 and had a very good experience. Our room was clean and spacious, and all the staff were polite, smiling, and helpful. My wife and I would stay here again in the future.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff stayed polite, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. When the water heater stopped working, they moved us to another room quickly and without any hassle. They also had an iron and ironing board, a really useful detail for us hijabis. Breakfast and dinner were freshly cooked, warm, delicious, and always brought on time. Since it was just the two of us, the meals felt especially personal. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. We’re from Malaysia, sending love from Malaysia! ❤️🇲🇾💖

Junaid from dining management was especially thoughtful and attentive. When one of our group wasn’t feeling well, he went out of his way to handle our food needs and make sure we were looked after. The other staff were also courteous, polite, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the hotel had a clean, welcoming feel. We loved staying here.
