RITZ Houseboats

The room had a gorgeous view, and the boat itself is beautiful. It sits in a peaceful spot on Nigeen lake, with a homely atmosphere that made it feel like staying at home rather than somewhere unfamiliar. Imtiyaz bhai was lovely, and the staff's knowledge of Kashmir and its heritage was impressive. The driver they arranged, Umer, was kind and knowledgeable too. We had a great time in Srinagar, and I'm grateful for the lovely trip.

The host's father was the highlight of my stay. He was humble, articulate, and intellectually engaging, and I really enjoyed our conversation. The houseboat itself was peaceful and beautiful, with spotless cleanliness, good hygiene, and a comfortable stay. Care had gone into the little details. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, serene experience that feels meaningful.

The houseboat was clean, the staff were kind, and the rooms had a good view. We had hot water and a heater inside. Sitting on the deck for breakfast was really nice. Highly recommend for families.
