saba mam was especially welcoming, and everyone was polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We felt at home throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality.

The only problems during my six-night stay were the Wi-Fi, which wasn't working, and limited mobile reception inside the room. The hotel's location in the Dal Lake region made getting around easy. The staff were friendly, the service was good, and I had a pleasant stay.

The manager, Saba Baaji, and the other staff were so humble and nice, especially Bashir Bhai. He is the best. I had my best nights in Kashmir at hotel new green view.

The service from Basiri ji and Saba madam made our stay a very good experience. The service overall was very satisfactory and felt luxurious, and the room inside was beautiful. Staying at Taj Palace was a very good experience.

Miss Saba, the hotel owner, was kind and extremely helpful, making sure guests had all the necessary requirements. She also gave us useful guidance for sightseeing. I'll book the same hotel again next time with my family.
