The staff were top notch, but most of our experience was bad. Breakfast and dinner weren’t to our taste, and all we could taste was too much salt. Please update the location on google maps. Our cab driver got frustrated trying to find the place. Search for Zaznar Retreat on maps if you’re trying to get here. After 11.30 PM, the room heating was turned off. At 2 AM on Night 2, we woke up freezing and called Mr Iqbal. He helped switch on AC heating, but not the room heater, and we couldn’t sleep after 2 AM because of the cold. Rainwater was also dripping from the bedroom ceiling directly above the bed and in the living room over the sofa. This wasn’t the experience we expected at Lohono Stays.

The resort had well trained staff, Faizan, Iqbal, Musaib, and Anzar, who were always on their toes keeping us cozy. In winter it looked fantabulous and felt like a home away from home. I wonder what it’s like in summer.

For a tranquil stay, I’d recommend this place. The location is beautiful, the food very good, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic.
