I’d been living in Hiranandani for almost a year without visiting Apartel Hotel at Hiranandani Parks, Oragadam. The new GM called me over and gave me wonderful hospitality. The place has a nice atmosphere, the staff are friendly, and the food preparation was excellent.

I’ve been at APARTAl for a month, and the people here have been wonderful. Leo from France is a real gentleman, and I’m grateful to him, the GM, Sir, and Tabhita. I’ve enjoyed every dish I’ve been served, and the atmosphere is great too. It’s a place to visit whether you’re on your own, with family, or with friends.

The food is on another level. During my week at 'Apartal by Aarin', Tabhita, Leo, France, and the GM Sir were always polite and helpful, whether bringing dinner or lending a hand with something else. They’d greet me warmly with “Hello, Sir” whenever they saw me, and their voices were so pleasant to hear.

The care in the service and hospitality made the visit feel well worth the money. Thanks for making my stay so memorable.

The price doesn’t feel justified for what is basically a 2bhk or 3bhk apartment. Food was OK, but it’s only suitable for a big family, not one person. My experience was awful: reception kept denying my booking for nearly an hour before giving me a room. It was poorly lit and very unclean.
