There was no sign at the entrance saying pets weren’t allowed, and security didn’t mention anything when we came in with our cat. The restaurant was empty. We had sat down and placed our order when staff abruptly and rudely told us to put the cat in the car. It was extremely hot, and we explained that leaving the cat in that weather was unsafe. The cat was quiet in a bag and wasn’t disturbing anyone, but the staff just said they were “strictly no cats” with a disrespectful attitude. There was no reason for the situation to be handled that way. The communication was unprofessional and unnecessary. A very disappointing experience. Basic respect and clear communication matter, especially when no rules are displayed.

I came with friends recently, and the food was poor for the price. Many menu items weren’t available, and the service wasn’t as good as before. I’d visited three months earlier, when the food was good.

Our cat was quiet in a bag and caused no disturbance, but after we sat down and ordered, staff rudely told us to put it in the car despite the boiling heat outside. The restaurant was empty, and there was no “No Pets Allowed” sign at the entrance. We’d also passed security without being told anything. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. They claim to be the best, but this was probably my worst experience. Be careful if you’re planning to visit with pets.

There are lots of hotels in Tambaram and Padapai on my way to work. Four months ago, we ordered food from this restaurant and ate it at my company, so I suggested it to my colleagues for lunch. We were very disappointed this time. The food quality has changed and was really poor. The woman serving us didn’t understand English or Tamil, which made ordering food a completely frustrating experience.
