There was no hot water, no food, and the cleanliness was poor. The place also gave me a rather shady impression, even though a couple of families were staying there. They need to do more research into who their guests are and what they expect.

There’s a petrol pump, tea, and restaurants right next door, and parking on the property had space for cars and bikes. The TV channels were good, and the room itself was clean, though a towel was missing at first and they brought one after I mentioned it. I got the room at 12:10 pm while it was still being cleaned. The hot water at 7:45 am was barely lukewarm. Booking through the website also meant I had to follow up to get a confirmation email. Since my usual city lodges were full, I stayed here, though it costs about Rs400-500 more than the places I normally use.

The owner was really polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The rates are the best.

The charges and booking process left me with a very bad impression. I had paid in advance through Goibibo for a room at Hotel Dwarka, Dhule, but had to wait around for confirmation when I arrived. Staff then asked me to cancel the online booking and book directly with them for a lower price, which felt unprofessional and unethical. They also added charges for two children that hadn’t been mentioned when I booked, plus other unexplained fees. The service was poor and the whole thing was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting transparency or good customer service. Goibibo and the hotel were both the worst.
