My son’s reception was held at the famous residency yesterday. The arrangements made our relatives and friends very happy, and all the dishes were exceptionally good. The staff were kind and attentive, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the food and service. I really appreciate the residency team’s efforts in making the event a success.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with basic things like toothpaste, soap, shampoo, bottled water, clean sheets, and blankets. The AC worked perfectly. I didn’t use room service, but check-in was smooth and the receptionist was helpful and greeted me with a smile. I honestly didn’t expect this much and was very happy with the stay and staff. Highly recommended!

Spacious rooms that are well maintained. I had a good stay.

The room experience and service were both terrible. Check the room before checking in, and get a written advance bill showing the amount and what you agreed to pay. They don’t provide bills easily. They may agree to a discount at check-in, then show their real face at checkout. Don’t pay the full amount without a GST bill. You’ll only get a bill if you insist, and it may just be a handwritten one on plain white paper.

The staff didn’t care when I complained, and the room was filthy and far too expensive for what it was. It reeked of something rotten, the toilet was stained and crawling with ants, and it smelled awful too. Even the sheets had stains. Don’t stay here.
