A confirmed booking didn't keep us from having a terrible experience. We stayed with senior family members, and one elder accidentally left cash in the room. When we called, the hotel first acknowledged it and said they'd return the money, then denied it and stopped responding. I found the staff completely untrustworthy and the handling dishonest, with no accountability or professionalism. I wouldn't feel safe staying here, especially with family or senior citizens. Save your money and peace of mind, don't stay here.

The hotel was well maintained and very hygienic, and my non-AC room was completely worth the budget price. The staff were fine, though communication was an issue. It's a little outside the city and Srirangam, but buses and Rapido rides are available.

My family stay here felt pathetic, and the price was over 3500 plus tax. The rooms were very unclean, mouldy, and dusty, with spiders and insects. The beds smelled bad, and the pillows were mouldy and had no covers. The hotel admins and staff let me down. There weren't even hotels nearby, so we had to order food. More than that, the lack of cleaning is unhealthy for kids. The service was unfriendly and unimaginable. Mr. Owner, please read the comments and clean the property.

It's right on the main roads, so there's some noise, but closing the windows makes it quiet. The place is actually good to stay in, and the price is affordable.

There was no water in the bathroom, and the staff brushed off our questions. We couldn't take a proper shower or flush the toilet properly. They were rude, arrogant, and acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The staff were shockingly unprofessional, and the power was deliberately cut off without explanation. My stay at Hotel Sree in Tiruchirapalli was a complete nightmare, one of the worst hotels I've been in. If you care about your peace of mind, health, and money, stay far away. I wouldn't recommend it even for free.
