For a better view of the temple surroundings, I'd choose the 3rd or 4th floor. Rooms are good, and the AC ones have more space and comfort than the non-AC rooms, so I recommend them in summer. After summer, non-AC could work; if price isn't a concern, go with AC. There's parking for around 10 vehicles under the building, with more space outside in front of the entrance. The restaurant is between the two hotels, and I found the food awesome compared with the places near the temple. High humidity can make the heat uncomfortable, though. One letdown is the pricing. Even regular customers don't get any change in the rates. This is one of the oldest hotels in the area.

The greenery and main road surround this well-kept property, and Kukke Subramanya Temple is within walking distance. We spent one night in Kukke, which tends to be a little busier on weekends. It was a very relaxing stay, the staff were fantastic, and I'll definitely book this hotel when I visit again. Both the rooms and bathrooms are rooms.

The rooms and washrooms were spacious, and the property was neat, clean, and well maintained. It's surrounded by greenery near the main road, with Kukke Subramanya Temple a walk away. The staff were very good and cooperative, and despite the language barrier, they made things easy. We had a peaceful stay, and they took the best care of us throughout.

The service was quick and the price reasonable. We stopped here for breakfast and had Idli Vada, Kesaribath, and Upma, all of which tasted nice. It's a hygienic place and one of the best breakfast spots near Kukke Subramanya Temple. We also took Buns and Poha away, and they still tasted good after four hours.
