Hotel Dwara, Kukke Subrahmanya

The manager was responsible whenever we brought up a concern, and the staff were prompt, caring, and helpful. They also provide free accommodation for drivers, which is very useful if you're traveling with your own vehicle and driver. We were very satisfied with our family stay. The maintenance is top notch, and the hotel is very close to both the temple and the river. I'd choose it again on a future visit and recommend it to friends and family 100%. Thank you very much.

The location is just right, beside the Kumardhara river and nearby greenery, at the entrance arch to Kukke ShreeSubhramanya Temple. The temple is 1.7km away. Rooms were clean, and the service staff were polite and humble. For ₹3500 for an a/c room or close to ₹2700 for a non-a/c room, I think it's a good deal. There's ample parking and a pure veg restaurant in front. I think they may be planning to extend. There's no smoking inside the room, so you have to go out to the parking area. A swimming pool would be a welcome addition in this hot, humid place and would be really relaxing.

The restaurant inside the hotel had great food, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. Our stay was very good, with clean, spacious rooms and a nice ambience. It's 1.8 KM from kukke subramanya swamy temple, with a nearby river for a holy dip and an auto stand close by for getting around.

The main drawback was that the windows in the ground-floor non-AC rooms can't be opened because of security concerns. The rooms also smelled a bit of bed bug spray. Aside from that, service was good, and the rooms were spacious for a very reasonable price. Access to the temple is easy.
