OYO Flagship 50138 Hotel Parashuram ISBT

We had booked in advance, but when we arrived they weren't ready to receive us. The hotel was under renovation and most rooms were unavailable. There weren't enough staff to provide service, and the owner and staff were very rude. The rooms and bathroom were extremely dirty. We asked them to clean the bathroom and they ignored us. In many rooms, the flush wasn't working or the walls were covered in ghutka stains. Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

We paid 1500 rupees after pre-booking, but it felt like a slum environment. The floors were filthy, and there were spit marks on the walls, bedsheets and washrooms. The washrooms hadn't even been flushed when we arrived. It looked as if nobody had cleaned after the previous guest, and the state of the rooms made us feel like vomiting. Don't stay here if hygiene matters to you.

Hotel Parashuram was a convenient base near NH37, with easy access to the surrounding area. The room felt comfortable and inviting after a day of exploring, and I was impressed by the design and furnishings. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff clearly take pride in making a stay smooth. The restaurant looked great and had a nice atmosphere, and the food was a real treat, with every dish prepared well and a satisfying mix of flavors. Whether travelling for business or leisure, I found it a memorable stay and would recommend Hotel Parashuram to anyone looking for a top-notch place.

This was a below-average hotel, and the staff were rude. When we asked for food, they said they couldn't heat it because they had only one person cooking, and could only serve cold gravy. They also turned away our family when they came to visit, rudely asking who had let them inside and saying only guests were allowed.
