Whenever we visit Sulthan Bathery, Mint flower Residency feels like our second home. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and neat, and the price is affordable. The receptionist is extremely friendly and welcoming. A peaceful, homely stay, highly recommended 😊

The service was great, and the rooms were decently furnished with enough cupboards, though the TV was very tiny. My room was decent but a bit small compared to where I stayed in Kalpetta, and the Wi-Fi was slow. The place is right in the heart of the city, at a reasonable Rs.890 per night for a single person, from 11ma to 12 pm.

Everything was fine. Since there’s no lift, they put all our rooms on the first floor because we had senior citizens with us.

For a stay that doesn’t cost much, this worked out really well for our family, and I’d suggest it to couples or friends visiting Wayanad too. We hadn’t expected decent rooms right in busy Sulthan Bathery. Mintflower restaurant is right beside the residency, and the food was great. We tried the veg pulav and veg fried rice, and after plenty of trips, I hadn’t had food this good for under 150Rs. 👌🏻
