Le Villagio Holiday Apartment & Vacation Rentals

The warm Jacuzzi was the best part of our stay in the dome, especially in the cold, rainy weather. My kid had a great time in it. Breakfast was included, with Kerala dishes like appam as well as bread and jam, chapati, and puri. We booked offline with an advance payment and got clear details about the itinerary and stay. The dome was clean and well kept, and the caretaker promptly answered our questions. Restaurants and the market are nearby. It's a nice, affordable option for couples and kids who want to enjoy a stay with a Jacuzzi.

The hosts' hospitality was amazing, and the staff were very cooperative. Our clean, well-maintained room made for a pleasant stay, and my kid thoroughly enjoyed the play area. I'd recommend this place to others. Thank you.

The jacuzzi in our dome worked, and the bedroom was spacious with a distinctive dome design. The pool was good, and the clubhouse was available. But the stay was disappointing in several basic ways. Wi-Fi inside the dome wasn't stable, the AC system or remote sometimes didn't work, and hot water was inconsistent, which made bathing our child difficult. The bathroom was poorly laid out with too little room, and the wet and dry separation didn't work. Breakfast was below average, with pigeons flying around and pecking food on the spatula. There was no in-house lunch or dinner, so guests have to order from nearby restaurants through Swiggy or Zomato. The property looks lavish and exotic at first, but the price seems based on the dome's appearance rather than the experience. With these amenity and maintenance problems, the high rates don't feel justified. It needs better management.

The separate living room was handy, and the place has everything together. The pool was neat and clean, and breakfast in the morning was tasty. Our room was also very clean. You can get food delivered quickly from nearby good restaurants, and Zomato and Swiggy work here, so it's suitable for couples or families wanting a stress-free stay.
