We arrived late at night with family, and after seeing the rooms I didn't want to stay, but we had no other choice. They charge 2500 for one night for a so-called deluxe room, yet there was no hot water and the room looked very cheap. Most of all, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep, even though I was there to rest for one night. The approach to the villas is extremely steep, and getting back up to the main road was difficult even though it was only 20 to 30 meters. The Google Maps pin is a little off, and though it's on the main road, the banner is hidden behind trees so it's hard to spot. Charging a premium for this is too much. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

We found this lovely place while in Wayanad with work friends and had a superb stay. The owner was really courteous, and the home has a traditional Malayali feel. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The off-season room rate was quite good, and I got a better deal by calling the owner directly instead of using GoIbibo.

We had a campfire at night with slow music, and the staff were very supportive. We also bought a lot of items and prepared them in the hotel's kitchen. The location has a proper forest feel and is great. Sultan Bathery, the main market for daily necessities, is about 7-8km away.

A friend who had stayed here before suggested it, so we booked the hom for New Year's night. We looked at many rooms, but prices around here were high. There are five rooms in total, including two very large ones with attached bathrooms, plus a big kitchen with all the equipment. They were supportive with everything. For this area, it's the best place.

The manager and staff were kind and helpful, and the location is good. Hot water, food, and hot drinks all came hot after we ordered. There's also a badminton court and campfire. A good, affordable choice for families or bachelors :)
